Why I ditched the gym 10 years ago

I haven’t had a gym membership in 10 years.

Exercising at home is too convenient: 

  • No 21 minute drives to the gym

  • Done before my 6:31a commute

  • More soccer time with my kids at night

But I’ve failed a LOT of methods at home.

Dumbbells, boxing bags, spin bikes, medicine balls, and plates.

Only one tool has stuck for me.

The kettlebell.

One kettlebell is all you need to start losing 20-40+ lbs at home.
