What I eat every week

I’m a husband, dad of 3 kids, and run a fitness business.

Here’s what I eat every week.

(it gets boring… but it works)

  • Breakfast: Cottage cheese + 2 eggs

  • Snack: Greek yogurt + whey protein + fruit

  • Lunch: Meat + veggie + tzatziki + hummus

  • Dinner: more meat + more veggies + legumes

  • Liquids: coffee (+milk), water, honey/tea (at night)

I eat this 80% of the week.

And I eat this the other 20%:

  • 1-2x/week: Blue Bell Ice cream (Cookie Two Step)

  • 1x/week: Nutella in my coffee (on Fridays)

  • 2x/week: Sourdough (I need boundaries)

  • Fridays: Little Caesars (cheesy crust)

Boring enables my fun.

I like it that way.

  • 2x/week: double press + double squats

  • 1x/week: mobility

  • 1x/week: get-ups or snatches

Not easy. But very simple.

Night reading (instead of screens) has helped me so much with sleep.
