The engine for consistency in 2026
I want consistency with my fitness.
And every client I’ve worked with wants it too.
Here’s the engine that keeps consistency humming.
Clarity.
Quick story to illustrate.
A dad of 5 went to the hospital.
He tried to ignore the numbness in his legs for weeks, but he couldn’t sidestep it anymore.
They ran tests when he arrived. And the doctor gave him the verdict.
He was pre-diabetic.
The news jarred him.
He wants to be around for his kids for decades.
But if he didn’t make a change, the clock would tick faster.
We started working together in September.
In 3 months, he dropped 30+ lbs.
The numbness in his legs went away.
His clothes don’t fit him.
And for the first time in 10 years he went for a run with his son.
I’ve never seen someone more focused on his health in my life.
His engine is clarity.
Fitness is hard.
Donuts taste better than asparagus, and snoozing feels better than exercising.
But when your why is bigger than your wants, your engine will hum.
🔎 Finds
I love steak. Ribeye is my favorite cut.
We had it for Christmas Day.
Here’s how I cook it…
The 3-3-3 rule.
In November, my wife and I started sitting outside for 15 minutes before the kids woke up.
I immediately noticed my sleep quality improve that month.
I thought the AM sunlight craze was nonsense.
But it actually helps.
I wasn’t expecting pomegranate juice to be on this list…
Lose 10+ lbs in 40 days
(or your money back)
No gym needed.
Just a simple process at home.
Get started with consistency in 2026.
Be strong,
Don
