Quick story.

One of the guys I get to work with is a busy dad, doctor, with 2 kids.

Since August he’s lost ~30 lbs, has done 100 workouts, and gets a 70 lb kettlebell over his head.

A few weeks back I was talking with him.

His win?

He’s stuck with his Bible reading plan for 2026.

Longer than he ever has before.

He told me his exercise discipline is spilling over into his spiritual life.

This is a benefit of exercise I probably don’t talk about enough.

Because I can forget it myself.

The physical and spiritual are intertwined.

And discipline catches fire across all areas of life.
