I have some restrictive food habits:

  • I don’t keep chips in my pantry

  • I don’t buy sugary yogurt

  • I don’t drink beer

But I’m not the food police.

  • I eat Little Caesars on Fridays

  • I stir Nutella in my coffee 1-2x/week

It’s not that I don’t eat processed foods.

I just make it count when I do.
