Happy Friday!

Big news.

If you’re a dad who wants to lose 20-40+ lbs, feel athletic again, and do it from home without the gym… this is for you.

I opened a 7 day FREE test drive of HomeBuilt, my at-home training program for busy dads.

How it works:

  • You join today for $0

  • For 7 days, follow the HomeBuilt plan (and lose 1-2+ lbs while you’re at it)

  • You’ll know by the end of the week if this is a great fit for you

Let’s jump in shall we?

I gained 40 lbs working a 9-5 at a desk

From 2018-2020, I put on 40 lbs working in HR.

While working at a sugar company...

(The irony isn’t lost on me)

I lost the weight in 2021 (left the company too), but I needed something to keep the weight off for good.

I needed something fast I could do at home in 20-30 minutes, 3x/week.

At the time my 2nd daughter was born (I have 3 now), and marginal time was disappearing.

One night I doom-scrolled Instagram and saw a guy flip a 50 lb+ kettlebell around like a toy.

It looked fun. I gave it a shot.

It’s been fun for 4 years.

And the weight hasn’t come back since.

In 2024 I started showing dads what worked for me.

And it’s been my full-time thing since.

All glory to God.

Thanks for following along.

🔎Finds

McDonalds, Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle, and Taco Bell have the top 5.

I’m a Chick-Fil-A guy.

Their 12 count nuggets is a steal (380 cal // 40g protein).

These are just fun.

75 second video of me explaining how to do them.

Start with a kettlebell & lose 20+ lbs.

Just show up and go.

For dads.

Here’s how ⬇️

Be strong,

Don
