I gained 40 lbs because of work habits

In 2018: I weighed 160 lbs.

In 2020: I weighed 200 lbs.

The actual reason where those 40 lbs came from?

I was afraid to say “no” at work.

  • 6am start time? Yes.

  • Airport every other week? Sure.

  • Join the 5th project this year? You got it.

One of my coworkers told me I was “eager to please”.

He was right.

And all those yes’s?

They created stress.

  • I ate my way to 200+ lbs

  • Missed my daughter’s first steps

  • Had a panic attack in my backyard

All because I was afraid of saying no.

What ended up helping me?

I left that job. Moved back to TX.

Got plugged into a church community again.

And slowly learned to set boundaries at work.

I’m still afraid of saying no.

But now I’m more afraid of always saying yes.

If your work habits are worse than your health habits… you’re not alone.

It’s possible to change.

You’re likely one hard conversation away from changing your health.

🔎 Finds

In Europe, people have faked GLP-1 products and marketed them using fake AI transformations.

Separating fakes from facts is becoming harder.

Every pound of weight loss resulted in 4x reduction in load on the knee.

In other words…

Losing 1 lb = 4 lbs of pressure off the knee.

2 groups.

Group 1: ate most of the day’s calories before 3p

Group 2: ate most of the day’s calories after 3p

Group 1 lost more weight at a faster rate, and had less insulin resistance.

I’m becoming an earlier eater.

Do you have 20-30+ lbs to lose?

You can lose 10-15+ lbs (halfway) in 40 days.

All at home.

Or your money back.

3x/week. 30-min workouts.

With one kettlebell (which is included).

Be strong,

Don
