22 minutes is enough

Last Friday, my 2-year-old woke up at 5:05am.

Light was on in her room.

I rubbed her back for 27 minutes until she fell asleep. No idea how she turned the light on.

My other two kids woke up an hour earlier than usual.

Both asking for RX bars and beef jerky.

I snuck my kettlebells outside once they had food.

Got interrupted 4x. More beef jerky requests.

22 minutes of kettlebells was all I got.

But some days, 22 minutes is a win.

Wasn’t bad.

I’m not gonna be adding eel to my eggs anytime soon, but it was worth the try.

Saw my first polo match last weekend.

It was unbelievable.
