2-minute/day to looser hamstrings

10 years sitting at a desk locked my hamstrings tight.

This stretch helped me touch the floor again.

It’s called the Elephant Walk

Video demo ➡️ Elephant Walk

  • 20-30 seconds (1-2x)

  • Use a kettlebell as a prop

  • Inch your hands to the floor as you become more flexible

Do this before a workout, after one, or as part of your morning routine.

Takes 2 minutes/day.

Your hamstrings are gonna hate you at first.

Then they’re gonna love you.

Loose hamstrings relieve lower back pain, so your lower back might love you too.

p.s. this video is part of the warm-up video series of HomeBuilt.

Copper does a lot for your body.

Including iron metabolism.

Meaning your body has a harder time using iron if you’re deficient in copper.

Copper food sources (non-pennies):

  • Beef, liver, oysters, potatoes (with skin), mushrooms, cashews, crab, sunflower seeds, dark chocolate, etc…

I sat down with the guys from MissionFit to talk about kettlebells, nutrition, and faith & fitness.

We had a lot of fun.

And I made a huge Narnia blunder.

Start with a kettlebell.

Feel athletic again.

For dads.

Here’s how ⬇️

Be strong,

Don
