My go-to hip stretch ➡️ 90/90 windshield wipers

  • 10-12 rotations (2x)

  • Sit forward as you become more flexible

Do this before a workout, after one, or a part of your morning routine.

Takes 1 minute.

Your hips are gonna hate you at first.

Then they’re gonna love you.

p.s. Tight hips cause back pain, so over time your lower back might love you too.
