Here are some FAQ’s for this course.

Q: What if I’ve never used a kettlebell before?

Then you’re in great company! Most guys I teach have never used a kettlebell before. You’ll be guided through the exact process I teach to make sure you’re using it safely.

Q: What if I don’t have a kettlebell?

Then you’re also in great company! Most guys I teach don’t either. I’ll give you the Kettlebell Buying Guide that will show you what brands are worth investing in.

And as a bonus, for the first 10 people who join, I will send them a free kettlebell right to their home.

Q: What size kettlebell will I need?

This depends on prior exercise experience. For guys who are completely brand new to exercise, I recommend one 26 pound (12kg) kettlebell.

For guys who are not new to exercise, I recommend one 35 pound (12kg) kettlebell.

Q: How many kettlebells will I need?

You will only need one kettlebell for the course.

Though if you want to buy more at some point during the course, I’ll tell you exactly which size you’ll need next.

Q: If I’m one of the first 10 that gets the free kettlebell, what size will I receive?

If you are one of the first 10 to join, you will receive a 3 minute questionnaire from me via email, so I can get a little more information from you.

From that information I’ll respond via email with the size recommendation.

Q: How does the form feedback process work?

You’ll take a video of the last set of whatever movement you’re learning, and then you’ll send it directly to me in the training app.

Within 24 hours you’ll receive a video response where I break down your movement, telling you 1-3 things you did well and 1-3 things you need to improve on.

Q: Are you going to make me eat just chicken and broccoli?

No. Though, that’s honestly a really good meal if it’s made correctly…

The nutrition portion is adaptable for your own preferences, tastes, and situation.

Q: What happens after the course?

You will get several strategies and tactics you can follow for months after the course.

Plus, every course material is yours to keep, so you have the material forever.

Q: Do I have access to the App forever?

No. Once the course is over, you will lose access to the Training App.
